My site is hosted somewhere else and I want to move it to you guys, what do I do?
There are a few steps we take to ensure you can move your site over seamlessly and without any down time, first we would setup the hosting space on our servers for you. We can then move the site over from your previous host. You will be able to test your site at a pre-publishing URL to ensure its working correctly. If all is good to go, you let us know and we switch the domain pointing records (DNS) to us and then its live.


What if my site or email is down?
A site going down can be caused for many reasons, the most common being: domains names that have expired, site or email has used up too much space and/or errors in the website code. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will get you sorted out.


My site is broken, how long will it take to fix?
This all depends on the issues at hand. Most small fixes can take an hour or 2 while some larger issues can take a few days. Either way we are happy to provide you with an estimate and explain what is required to fix the site.


My site is working in Firefox but it looks weird in Internet Explorer?
Different browsers render sites differently, however our aim at Host-Fly is to ensure that your site looks the same across the different browsers, , one of our specialists can take a peak and let you know how easily it will be to fix.


I lost my username and password, how do I retrieve this?
Please contact us and we will send you the login information.


What if I want to cancel the web hosting with you guys?
No problem, we would be sad to see you go, but do let us know and we will facilitate this easily for you and refund any unused portion of your service.


Why do the other hosting companies offer packages for so cheap, plus they have unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth and so many extra features like web builder tools etc.?
A lot of the big web hosting companies (not mentioning any names) do offer really cheap hosting packages. Cheap is not always the way to go. These companies won't reveal upfront that these plans do not include email, or that they limit site connections. In other words if 25 people hit your site at the same time, the site becomes inaccessible and they slow down your connection speeds. Or if you send out a lot of emails, they block the ports to only allow up to a certain amount of emails each hour.
